3 Interviews. Made final round & was told I would hear back within a week. Checked back after a week - Ghosted. Ok it happens. About a MONTH after last interview, the hiring manager called me back & wanted to offer me a job via a VM. called him back that day. no response. called him back next day. no response. I then got a rejection email 4 days later. SO weird. A complete waste of time- if the company is ran anything like the interview process- stay FAR, FAR away. Complete incompetency from HR & hiring team.
