I was first given a phone call interview with the recruiter and then given a formal interview through Teams 2 days after. The people that interviewed were amazing and kind. They mostly asked STAR interview questions and some questions about your resume. I finally heard back from them more than 2 weeks after the interview and got offered the job. Only downside is they do not let you negotiate pay. Overall, great experience and wonderful people.
