Definitely friendly. At no point do you feel intimidated during the interview process, which to me really stood out. The interview is around 30 minutes long with allot of background questions alongside some questions used to help determine your personality. What really stood out were the "what is your biggest weakness" question. Normally id be willing to answer with the generic "i work too hard" answer however i felt comfortable discussing my passions and interests and how they are both by biggest strength and weakness.
