Two phone interviews and one face to face. Lots of very formal question and answers so have lots of selling examples ready to go. Everyone is very friendly so they're not trying to catch you in anything or make you feel bad.

Question 1
Not difficult, but LOTS of start formatted questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ultradent in Mar 2025
Interview
Recruiter from Ultradent reached out to me, then invited me to complete a 1-way recorded video interview asking basic questions. Was not moved forward in interview process. Found the process awkward.

Question 1
Tell me about an award you received in a prior sales position.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ultradent (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2021
Interview
First interview went great even thought I didn't get the job. Even thought their description says you don't need sales experience and that this is a great opportunity to get into sales, they do want you to have formal sales experience. After 6 months, the hiring manager told me to apply again for a different territory. She was great, we clicked and shared the same views. She said I was her 2nd pick the first but went with someone with more dental sales experience. I did even better the 2nd time around and thought I nailed it. Then again I didn't get the position due to someone having more sales experience. Then why waste my time to have me apply again? My job experience didn't change in 6 months.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Ultradent
Interview
Very short phone interview with HR, then an in-person interview with a regional manager, plus another person in the room. They asked questions, and then talked about the history of the company, and why it's such a great company to work for. They spent more time talking about their company than asking me questions.
