First interview was onsite with HR and engineering manager. After passing that interview, next was interview with plant manager and then site tour. Total of about 3 hours onsite for the 2 rounds.
I was given an offer, but it was much lower than expected and I declined.
Pre-screening with consulting agency initially. was more of a conversation and look at resume.
TEAMS interview with Umicore engineering leadership. asked variety of background questions and few behavioral questions.
online personality testing and knowledge test.

Professional and technically oriented interview with a specific goal in mind. The interviewer had a technical background and understood what the company is seeking for. Great feedback and overall experience.
