Uncharted interview questions

Very casual, more about gauging alignment to the organization's mission and personality meshing. Some experience required but overall very flexible and interested in finding the right fit for the role instead of the most impressive portfolio.

The interview process was very thorough. I really enjoyed the interviews from the first phone interview to the project to the in-person interviews. There were a lot of parts but they all served a purpose.
