Interview
The interview was quite easy. It was for the most motivational, with some more detailed questions on my vision on the future of banking system. So at the beginning he asked me, why I decided to apply for Unicredit, in this particular moment (financial crisis), who I am, what kind of value I could bring to the company etc etc. Then he asked me some basic knowledge on how banks works. Very easy.

HR e poi colloquio con vari membri del team che sarà durato due ore all’incirca. Processo semplice e domande standard di IB. Ho parlato con 4 membri del team e ciascuno ha fatto domande diverse.

Telephone Interview with 2 people. Questions on valuation, accounting. E.g. What are common valuation methods? What multiples are used? What is a control premium? What is beta? What does a beta of -1 mean? What does a beta of 0 mean? What does a beta of 1 mean.
