Interview
Before applying to the Graduate Program I did a curricular and extracurricular internships at UCG so I hoped to progress in the selection process. First I was contacted by the HR for a general interview, for my location and position preferences. Several weeks later with no notice I was called by a Manager of a Department which I didn't apply from the country I didn't apply. Of course, I wasn't prepared for a technical interview on the matter I even didn't consider to be my job. As a result I wasn't allowed to progress further. Several months later I re-applied to another wave of a Graduate Program and that time I didn't even receive a call from HR and my profile was discarded right away.

2 rounds, 1st is a prescreening on the phone with a recruiter, 2nd with managers as well online where you have to prepare a presentation about yourself and talk about your experience/studies and your motivation
