Interview
1) Had a phone interview that consisted mostly of behavioral questions and experience. Heard back three days later that they wanted to followup with a in person interview.
2) In person interview consisted of two managers who posed behavioral and leadership questions. Also sized to see if I could fit in a flexible work environment.

unionbank philippines. consisted of 3 steps: initial interview, assessment, and final interview. initial interview was short 30 minutes only. was interviewed by an intern. asked questions about working schedules, motivation, etc. assessment was about how others would describe you and how you would describe yourself. final interview was with the hiring manager. mostly explaining the roles and responsibilities i would have to do. plus asked a few question

Interview
Phone interview with assistant vp of the team that was more technical, followed by a brief phone interview with the vp for the team that was more general. After a week or so I was brought in to do an in person interview with the vp and his assistant. The interview was technical but not very difficult. Was offered the position about two weeks later.
