It was a very welcoming feeling that resulted with a group interview. It was a very positive interview where I received a detailed description of the job position that I am confident I will be able to use my knowledge from my current job to fulfill all obligations that I will encounter. I am very appreciative and excited to become apart of the Union Bank Team.

Professional; however friendly and I felt at ease during the interview process. I also asked quite a few questions, which were all answered to my satisfaction. I had an informal interview a few days prior, which went well.

“How do you deal with difficult customers and how do you defuse the situation?”
The interview process was very relaxed. I met with the branch supervisor and his right hand person. The supervisor asked my background and just a few scenario questions . Pertaining to compliance, stealing, and personality.
