Interview
The interview consisted of 3 test that were VERY long, including a test that was giving to see how you handle pressure. The interviewer along with other representatives were very informative and did there best to help with advancing you to the next interview process.

Name a time when you had a difficult one on one meeting with an employee(s) in attempts to convince them a change is necessary. What did you say? What were the results?
it was an typical and standard on site interview , I felt welcomed and was able to spend the day in the area. Nebraska has lots to offer and seems downtown was well maintained.
Easy normal questions about behavior. 3 interviews. 1 on the phone, second on zoom thrid in person to see the fit. They like what i did so i got the job.
