I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Union Pacific (Omaha, NE) in Mar 2014
Interview
2 phone interviews and one on site interview. They were mostly checking that you had access to travel and transport to the office. School and time management. GPA was above 3.0. Drug test was fine but putting down that you smoked a cigar in the last 3 years or something triggers a flag which was annoying to deal with HR say "I smoked one cigar once"

Interview
