Everything was on the phone or online and took a long time from application to interview and then job offer. I don't know how much this was due to covid, and how much due to internal decisions.
Whilst we recognise that this review is from 2022, we wanted to take the time to thank you for sharing your thoughts on our interview process. Covid was a challenging time for all businesses and decisions, at times, took longer than we'd like simply down to changing process to ensure the health and safety of our colleagues. Thank you again for leaving a review.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unipart in Oct 2020
Interview
Didn't get to interview. Spent alot of time doing their 16 question test - told I needed to pass 8-12 and I passed 10. Then told they wouldn't interview as my strengths weren't of interest to them. Not impressed.

Question 1
16 questions on sheet to weed out the weak. Passed 10 but got turned down for interview even though the pass mark was 8.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unipart (Cambridge, England) in May 2018
Interview
Long and not focused on the job advertised. I applied to be a python developer, but the interview focused on nuances of C, with nothing to do with python/the job advertised. Main interviewer fell asleep during the interview. Other interviewer appeared to want to prove himself.
