      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Bath, England) in Sept 2022

      Interview

Group interview. Never had one on one. Quick to respond. About 10 of us in a room. Then asked some people to leave. The remaining got the job. They questioned us more. Couple days laters called us. They tend to opt for those that can do full time

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Asked each person to describe the person next to them as an animal

      Interview

After the initial application, there was one telephone interview followed by one in-person interview. The telephone interview tested my motivation for joining the company and what I love about the brand. The final interview focussed more on experience and what skills would make me suitable for the role. Some stores have an assessment centre as part of the application process but I have not sat one.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Feb 2026

      Interview

The interview process consisted of a group interview with four candidates present. There were two staff members conducting the session, including a manager. The session began with a short introduction round where each candidate presented themselves. We were then given group tasks and situational exercises. These involved discussing different scenarios and explaining how we would handle them in a retail environment. The focus seemed to be on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Overall, the interview was interactive and centered around collaboration and how candidates approach customer service situations.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Q: How would you handle a situation where a customer needs assistance, but you are in the middle of closing tasks? We were also given a practical group task where we had to collaboratively fold T-shirts and organise them efficiently. This exercise seemed to assess teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
