Unique Fabricating interview questions

I had one interview with the Director of Engineering. It was pretty easy. I didn’t hear for weeks and then got a call from HR but didn’t know the number and sent it to my voicemail. I ended up getting the offer and she left every detail of it on my voicemail.

Basic process. Just took a tour around the factory as he explained the machines. Went back to his office and he asked basic questions, like have you been fired before and have you got into an argument with your boss?
