Very informative and straightforward. The manager was the person who interviewed me. She went over my resume, the job description, benefits and the United Community culture. The manager was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. One interview is all it took.

We went over my experience and how it would fit into this position
I was contacted by hiring manager and we had phone conversation. The second interview was on zoom with several members of the team. They all engaged in the conversation, sharing their roles and asking questions.

The Interview process was very typical. Met with two members of management. They kept the interview straight forward. They were relaxed and yet professional. I appreciated their interview style. I ended up getting the job.
