Interview
Lengthy. At least three to four follow up interviews/ panel interviews. Expect delayed time from submitting application to beginning interview process. Will need to demonstrate a five minute presentation in which you teach the panel how to do something. I recommend you focus it around the liquor industry. Example: steps on making a great rum cake or mixing up the newest trend- think mixology cocktails etc.

Interview
You will apply on their website and typically receive and email on acceptance/denial. They will let you know to prepare a presentation for the interview when you come to the office. The subject is up to you so make it something you are very knowledgeable on or passionate about. When you come to the office to interview it is usually with 2-3 managers at a round table discussion asking you questions and then your presentation.
