United Marketing interview questions

The 1st interview lasts about 5 minutes to see what kind of person you are. They don’t discuss the position at all (they’re worried to scare you off). 2nd interview they discuss the opportunities for growth in the company, the travel experiences, and then they finally mention it’s a door to door sales position. Good experience to practice interviewing skills.

There was a phone call for the interview which basically was a phone interview of one kind.Then there was an in person interview the next day. The interview was a panel interview but also a group interview. They interviewed a few people at the same time. They were unable to specify questions to each candidate. it was a bit disorganized.The interviewer talked more . The candidate shad very little chance to say much about their skills or what they have to offer,There was little scope to ask questions.
