Interview
Very process based, you have to go through 3 personality and cognitive test. Finally is to self record yourself responding to a question which can be quite overwhelming if you are not used to talking to yourself in front of a camera.

Interview
Had to do several online tests, more like online games; grid challenge, motion challenge.
Then have to undergoes live recorded video interview to 4 questions , 3 of them are situational questions.

3) How do you persuade others with your new ideas
4) How do you handle pressured if things don't go as planned and you still need to meet the deadlines.

Interview
I received their invitation to do the online video interview, a personality questionnaire and three tests (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning). The process was quite time-consuming and the interview questions were incredibly long. Still waiting for the next stage.

A time when there were conflicts in a group and how did you solve the problem. (The question was much longer than this.)
A time when you brought up a new idea to a group. Was there any obstacles implementing the idea? How did you convince others in the group to accept it?
