Unitek Learning interview questions

Company has posted the same position 4 times within the last 2 months on LinkedIn. They close it after about two weeks per posting. Got one call back, interview was unsure on information involved with the facilities management part (What the duties entailed, where the cut offs were for third party help, etc). Sounded disinterested and mumbled. No email response stating they were going in another direction, just closed the position and opened it up again a week later. They change between the Unitek College and Unitek Learning businesses, likely to avoid looking suspicious.

After being asked to have back t back interviews- I was ghosted for over a week when asking for updates and feedback. I had to block my number in order to get the recruiter to answer my call and when I asked for specific feedback given that I had three rounds of interviews I was told I would get some and ended up receiving a no-reply pass email.
