After submitting a video interview I was asked to come in person for an in-person interview for the next day. I am from Houston, TX so I told them a morning interview in Dallas would be difficult for me to make without a 24-hour notice. They were understanding and gave me a day the next week. When I came for my interview the following Monday the interviewer barely asked any questions about me and the girl next to me and went directly into talking about the job, something he could have easily done over Zoom. After he was done speaking I asked a few simple questions, one of them asking if they offer 401k to their employees. The guy interviewing me seemed taken aback with this question and responded with irrelevant things just to finish by stating they don't offer 401k as a benefit. His response was very unprofessional in my opinion. There were a few more questions that he didn't really know how to answer, which he should have, given that he is supposedly the CEO of the company. Also, they never offered to help with my expenses for traveling to Dallas, TX from Houston, TX, which for those who don't know it's about a 480-mile round trip. After being treated this way I can only imagine how they treat their employees. This place seemed very unprofessional and would definitely not recommend it to anybody.
