After submitting the application, I was contacted within 3 days by the HR manager and given a phone interview. The phone interview was actually more structured than the panel interview. The standard questions were asked in both the phone interview and the panel interview, which were conducted by different people. The people are extremely nice there, and very accommodating. The panel interview was conducted by four current ride operations managers for different areas of the park. The administrative office seemed funny, and I could hear them joking around while waiting. Overall a good experience, now just waiting on the phone call :)
