Applied online and was called for an over the phone interview. I was asked to come in for a face to face interview, and was hired on the spot. Very easy overall process and pretty enjoyable too.

The interviewer was very polite and professional. They look for passion about the parks and will ask a few questions to test your competence. The dress code is business casual.
