Took 4 months for a call back. Totally even forgot that I applied. Took 2 weeks to receive an offer. First interview was a phone screen. Second interview I met people I would be working with. Third interview was with HR.

Interview
The interview emphasized the working relationship to the supervisor. Had a brief interview on the phone with hiring manager. They explained the job and scheduled an in person interview. Asked how I would handle a strong personality.
