The length of time it took from initial application to interview was close to a month, I had actually forgotten I had applied for the position. The initial phone interview was relaxed and comfortable, and I moved to a face to face. When I met my potential bosses, I was at first a little intimidated as there were two of them and one of me, but the interview flowed and I left thinking I actually wasn't going to be hired due to lack of experience in a particular area of the job, but again I was surprised.
