This was a typical hiring and interview process that I have experienced before. The hiring manager along with his manager were both involved. I applied via online, had two interviews, one via phone and one in-person. As is typical, the phone interview was to screen the applicant before the in-person interview. Additionally, this position was for supporting enterprise applications and technologies that spanned across 30+ universities, and the applicant was going to have to collaborate, manage, and understand how those applications and technologies worked across a system of over 300,000 students, both off and online.
