I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at University Tees (Lakewood, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
The first interview is a "Culture Interview" where a guy who has never worked on the production floor asks about your interests and past job history. If you seem okay, they will schedule you for a working interview to come see if you can handle the rudimentary systems on the production floor. If he says he has to get back to you, keep applying for other jobs. Normally they will try to expedite the process. In the working interview they will have you come in and work for an hour or so at whatever job you are interviewing for, or whatever job they need to fill. Depending on how badly they need people or how close they are to their peak season, you may leave with a job in hand.
