My interview was very laid back. Talked a bit on the phone and then came in and filled out my application. They asked me about past experience and not a whole lot else. I discussed my school schedule and they were pretty flexible. I was basically hired on the spot, I just needed to get a drug test. There wasn't much information on what is going to happen on my first day and I was kind of confused when I showed up to work. And they wouldn't let me in because the doors were locked (I was a little early) and nobody recognized me.
