Notified by email that I would need to answer about 10 questions via video recordings on a website they provided.
Notified to submit references who then had to fill out online surveys about me.
Was called back for an on-campus interview. Prior to the interview, I was provided via email with blueprints and stats of one of the stores on campus and told to prepare a ~10 minute presentation about how I would increase efficiencies in this store.
At the on campus interview, was interviewed by a panel of about 6 people, gave my presentation and spent about 75 minutes answering their prepared questions.
One more followup call with a couple additional questions that I was later told were questions asked of candidates after my interview - and were questions asked of me to maintain consistency among the interviews.
After this, I was offered the job - at which point both a background check and a driving record check were each performed.
