Super long day with a 12-15 person interview. Tiring and daunting. Seen as a right of passage by many. You’re expected to give a talk at the end of your day.

Interview
The process was professional whereby I was introduced to the members of the hiring committee and they took me to lunch where I was further interviewed. After lunch I met with the department chair to discuss further about my experience and finally presented to the faculty and students.
