I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI) in Jul 2010
Interview
Mine was easy as I had dealt with her previously. Despite this, it was still a decently rigorous interview. I've had some other interviews here but most revolve around personality questions and ethical questioning. As long as you are confident, I am sure you will do just fine. Let your actions speak louder than your words and don't bring your phone, whatever you do.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI) in Jul 2014
Interview
First you do a phone interview, then you take a customer service exam, then you have a third interview, and then a preliminary offer. Know that you will (9 times out of 10) only get an interview if someone personally recommends you. Also, you have to pretty much be over qualified for them to consider you.

First was a phone interview that lasted less than 30 minutes. Next was an in person interview that last less than an hour. They require computer skills testing and orientations. Overall, really simple.
