Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues from different departments, such as research and development, quality assurance, and legal. Regulatory affairs professionals often act as liaisons between these teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards the same goals.
The interview process involved four stages, including initial screen, 2 technical interviews, and a final HR interview. While the process was structured and communication was generally clear, it felt quite lengthy for the level of the role. During one of the later stages, some questions around personal circumstances (e.g. childcare/availability) felt intrusive and not directly related to the role requirements. Despite progressing through all stages and providing references, the process concluded without an offer, and the role was subsequently re-advertised.

Interview
The interviewer asked questions based on my profile, and some basic coding questions. Most of the questions were relating to my resume, but some were more field specific. The interviewer was respectful throughout.
