University of Penn has a quick process. Definitely more than other companies and they keep the online tracking system up to date. It consisted of a one way spark interview and then an interview with the hiring team. Overall less than three weeks once you are initially contacted.

Behavior Questions, Questions from my Sparkhire, Anecdotal Questions (how do you manage your work load, how do you deal with stress, how do you like to be managed?)
After submitted the resume and online application, I got a Phone Screening. A few days later I attended a Zoom interview with the Hiring manager. The over all experience is good.
