University of Perpetual Help System interview questions

I was called up for interview and personality test. The first interview I was made to wait for 2 hours. The second interview was with the HR. Everything went well except for the Final interview which din not happen because somebody from them asked my capability to a somebody who din not know me. It was like asking I formation through grapevine or gossip. IT was very unprofessional and very unfair. They should have not ask me to come and wait for long hours if they don’t believe in their process and credentials presented to them. The experience was so toxic and so traumatic.

Company called me after they saw my resume in an online job search to confirm an interview schedule. I accepted the interview and after a few days, I went to the HRD office in the morning. I was given a long personality test, an IQ test, and several essay questions which took me the whole morning to answer. In the afternoon, I was made to wait for the recruitment manager who was in a meeting and came back after 2 hours. After that interview, I was made to wait again for more than an hour for an interview with the department head. After that, I waited for another hour for an interview with another head. Basically, there was a lot of waiting time involved. Each Interview only lasted for twenty minutes or so.
