I applied through other source. I interviewed at University of Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2013
Interview
Interview process might have been the best part of the job. It was a phone screening and then after that you met directly with your prospective manager. Very organized and too the point
Very nice managers really helped me through the process with multiple interviews and an offer. I wish the salary were higher but the raises seem good. I’m a little worried it’s a sales environment but I’m excited to help people get in school!
I applied online. I interviewed at University of Phoenix
Interview
Quick phone call interview then in person interview with a panel group that consisted of 3 people. Overall, interview went well and we're very respectful. Asked some generic interview questions
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at University of Phoenix in Aug 2022
Interview
Terrible. The managers didn't look at my resume, and when they did they saw I was recently a cashier and told me "This job is harder than that." If they looked further, they would've seen my history working in medical facilities as a care coordinator. They were cold, made me feel terrible - and I've been ghosted for another job I interviewed for.
