University of Pune interview questions

There are only one round process face to face interview process. They asked my previous experience and family background. To interview there were 4-5 interviewers. Among them 2 Technical and one HR and one IT-Manager. They wanted at least 1 year experience person in ASP.NET. But I didn't have it at that time.

Hello friends, If you wish to get selected in L&T infotech you are probably looking in the right place. First there was an online aptitude test. The test is quite easy, it had 20 questions from quant, 20 questions from logical, 20 questions from verbal, 10 questions from programming and 10 questions from databases. There's no negative marking and time was of 90 minutes which is more than sufficient. Next the group discussion round, a case study was given a single A4 size paper which was to be understood in 10 minutes which is too much. The case study information was quite straight forward and very easy to understand. The discussion is to be made regarding, explanation of case study, any solutions and the conclusion. Tip : Speak a single valid point confidently and listen to what others are saying. for eg our case study was of coca cola banned in some us universities for some malpractices like improper disposal, child labor etc. I spoke the solution that remove child labors and give them scholarship instead which will help in building it's reputation. After the shortlisting a essay had to be written, for us the topic was Memorable moments of success and failure. Make no spelling mistakes. Next is the technical round. project information, favorite subjects, about yourself. I said him favorite subject as data-structures and databases so he asked about real time application of linked list. And something regarding trees. I explained him the binary search and its importance. H.R. checks the communication skills and the willingness to join the company training at any location. He asked me to read the essay that I had written. Then he asked about training in Chennai. I said him NO, I won't be comfortable in Chennai, he asked me to leave then.
