Poor and biased process, no equal Opportunities or equality rights. Failure to Follow a fair process and procedure and no feedback provided to candidates and communications were very poor and unprofessional compared to other places I have had an interview at in similar roles and organisations .

Straightforward considering what the position entails. Asks mostly about prior experience and scenario questions. If you have been an admin before, it’s okay. You will get the opportunity to work with different departments.

It's just a short 30 min talk, it pretty easy, no worries. I liked it a lot tho, it's easier than group interviews. I got the job and worked for it, just low pay.
