The whole process lasted about 4 months (from sending the application to the final answer). There was first an online written test that was described as an activity that would last 50 minutes and did not require any prior knowledge. It turned out that the test required at least 50 minutes to be completed and significant prior knowledge. This was misleading for a lot of people, so the test was reopened a second time (the exact same one). The interview then lasted around 1 hour and was conducted by a panel of 3 people. Each asked around 10 questions (mostly about personality, soft skills and topics related to the position).
