I applied through a recruiter, and found it to be a really well-run interview (having seen both sides of Google interviews, for comparison). After meeting with the recruiter, I was asked to do a fun take-home coding challenge. I then met with 8 different people across 4 interviews, some more technical, some more soft-skills based. This was a great opportunity to meet some folks at the company. The company was really responsive, and each step was clear. It only took a few weeks to go from first meeting to an offer, and I'm stoked to have joined. It's a great team, working on cool tech.
