There was four parts to my interview process. The first one is an assessment that tests your mathematical skills. The second was a video interview where you get a specific amount of time to answer certain questions. The third was a phone call interview with a representative from the Scholar recruiting team. The fourth was a panel interview with two managers from the department I was interviewing in. They asked behavior questions for the most part like a time I dealt with conflict and then also just asked about my career aspirations and college life.
