I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unum (Washington, DC) in Jan 2019
Interview
The first step was online. Very casual. You get 30 seconds of prep before you need to answer, in which you are allotted 3 minutes to speak. If you do not like your first attempt, you are allowed a second chance, however, you cannot choose between the two. So be sure to rock the second one.

Submitted my resume and received an email asking me to complete a video assessment days later. After finishing the pre-recorded video I heard back from the HR very soon, who scheduled a phone interview with me. This phone interview was very short and the recruiter only asked about my leadership experience. The next round was a virtual group interview with managers.
