The interview process was long and elaborate. The first step was a telephone interview. The questions there were mostly behavioral, but with a few twists here and there. There was a significant discussion about experiences in the work place, attitude about work and people as well as skills and style. The second interview was on campus with a number of hiring managers. This is a more focused discussion about your work experiences and your skills. You need to have specific examples from your experiences that demonstrate your knowledge, understanding and approach to difficult situations.
