      The UpGuard interview process begins with an initial call with a Talent Partner to discuss your experience and the role. This is followed by a technical interview with the Hiring Manager to explore your skills and past approaches in more depth. Selected candidates then complete a practical assignment within five days, often followed by a review discussion. Next is a culture interview with potential teammates to assess team fit. The final step is a conversation with the CEO or an executive team member to evaluate your goals, character, and overall fit before an offer is made and background checks are conducted.

      The interview process involved five stages, beginning with a positive initial conversation with the recruiter. However, my interview with the hiring manager was concerning. Their lack of relevant experience and understanding of the business was evident in the vague and unfriendly approach, and they didn't allow me to ask any questions. The subsequent task lacked clarity. During the review, despite providing detailed answers, I was told my responses were too elaborate and I would not be moving forward. Throughout this review, the other panelist remained silent. This outcome was surprising and suggests a potential gap in the hiring panel's ability to effectively assess talent
