The tech lead called me and asked me some questions related to Javascript ( Yes I had applied for python developer's post). He then gave me an assignment to do in Angular because they wanted me to do something out of my expertise. After that they gave me another assignment to do in Django. I complted that and did not hear from them for two weeks. One day HR called me and scheduled my interview with some senior developer. He asked me python questions only and it went really well. He even told me that I have very good knowledge of the language and I would hear back from them in next 2 days. I dint get any call so I called the HR. She was VERY RUDE and told me that the person who took my interview is not very senior so they might not consider his reviews. Also she told me that she would call me in 1 or 2 days. I still dint hear back from them so I called the guy who took my interview and told him that he had said that I would get the call in 2 days but didn't get any. He said that he never claimed that. It was totally nonsense process. It took my whole month and still they did not reply. Never go for this company. They are not even sure of who should take interviews and to me it seems they do not value their employees.
