Interview process was easy and simple. They make you take an assessment test that’s an SAT like test. I got a verbal offer from the CSO in the final round and when they found out I missed a passing score on the assessment, they completely ghosted me. You miss a ton of great sales ppl when you solely base your decision on some dumb test that has nothing to do with sales skills, process or abilities.
