The first round is a 30 min phone call with an HR, talk general about your work experience and how your skills can fit with the job. Afterwards the HR called me back to give tell me the result and give me honest feedback. This is really nice because other companies might just send a rejection email. I really appreciate the honest feedback and reasons for rejection.
