My current boss was really easy going when he interviewed me. He asked me a few really basic questions about my experience in work and school. He also asked me why I wanted to work at Urban Air. He was really warm and inviting. He hired me on the spot.

Interview
The interview was fairly easy. It was group-based, so the pressure isn't only on you. They ask questions about your interest in working at UA, things you've done that you're proud of, and logistical questions about transport, age, etc.. Just speak clearly and calmly and you will stand out.

Easy to join and perfect first job. Didnt really ask interview questions just got to know each other. Overall dont stress the interview, people are quitting faster then they join
