I applied online through LinkedIn and scheduled a call with the Founder. The call went well but we hardly talked about the company and position. He ended the call saying that he would have the Lead Engineer set up a coding assessment a couple of days later. I emailed to follow up immediately after and again a week later but was ghosted.

I had a phone interview with the art director, and then with the owner. Then they brought me in for a meet and greet with the whole team. I was remote when we started the interview process and they were flexible with my schedule.

Seemed strung-together, interviewed by non-developers, questions were entirely too easy; seemed pulled off of your average "how to test a web developer" sort of thing found via a quick Google search.
