phone interview, in person interview that lasts two full days including teaching and research presentations and informal gatherings, dinner with faculty, interviews with dean and president, lunch with students, teaching presentation based on curriculum supplied to me the previous week.

Interview
They booked my room, another professor in the department picked me up at the hotel, they had a full schedule for me to meet with various administrators, a group of current students, and to give a talk. The students were engaged and the overall process was thorough.
