User Friendly Media interview questions

Beginning phone screen where technical areas of my current professional experience were covered. After, a detailed face to face interview was conducted.

I was asked to interview with User Friendly Media after meeting one of their representatives at a career fair. The interview process was one short poorly conducted interview before a position was offered. The interviewer who would be my manager was not focused on the interview but instead more interested in reading documents that were on his desk. I drove the interview by asking questions about the company and position.
